PepKit ("PepKit," "we," "us," or "our") operates this application (the "App").

By downloading, creating an account, or using PepKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance.

PepKit is an informational and tracking tool only. You acknowledge that:

• PepKit does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• PepKit does not recommend substances, dosages, or protocols
• All data, calculations, and logs are for personal tracking only
• You are responsible for any decisions you make

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions.

PepKit is intended for personal use by individuals 18 years or older.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter, how you interpret and use app information, and compliance with all applicable laws.

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App, or access systems without authorization.

PepKit includes features such as peptide tracking and inventory, dose logging, scheduling and reminders, calculator tools, and research library content.

All features are for informational and organizational purposes only. Calculator outputs and tracking data are based on user input and general assumptions. They are not medically validated.

• Payment is handled by Apple
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• You can manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings
• Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription
• Refunds are handled by Apple

PepKit may use Firebase (data storage and authentication), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple services (billing and system integrations). These providers process data only as needed to operate the App.

All content, design, and functionality of the App are owned by PepKit. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, always available, or that data will be accurate.

PepKit is not liable for any health-related outcomes, reliance on app data or calculations, data loss, or missed reminders or notifications.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
